About Us

Our main philosophy and mission is to supply, service, sales, and maintenance durable medical equipment in all fifty U.S. states. We supply, service, sales, and maintenance equipment far beyond medical facilities (assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, & hospitals). We also work closely with personal physician(s) and on a direct basis with individuals.

We are professionally accredited by Alabama Board of Home Medical Equipment Services Providers, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shields, Medicare, & Medicaid. In addition, we are contracted with the Veterans Affairs and we are 8(A) certified. We are proud to say that we are apart of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and we have not had one pending claim, judgment, or settlement against our company since we have been operating.

We have very skilled professionals who are here to meet any needs or answer any questions you may have. All verification and billing is done in house. Our staff attends seminars, work closely with suppliers/manufacturers of products, and do independent research to continually enhance our knowledge about products we provide as well as products that have not even hit the market yet.

Currently we are not located near the hospital because we have one of the largest showrooms in our area so that our clients can come to us directly and see exactly what we offer.
Anything that we do not have on the floor we will gladly order. We keep extra products in stock and we have very close relationships with the manufacturers of our products: therefore, when services are needed for emergency demands and high volume periods we are able to meet those needs.
